You may return your book in new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the standard media-mail shipping costs too if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Your refund should arrive within four weeks of sending us your package. The package must travel to us (5 to 10 business days), we must then process your return (3 to 5 business days), and PayPal and your bank must process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). When we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via e-mail about the status of your refund.

Items that are damaged or returned more than 30 days after delivery may receive a partial refund if we are able to resell the book or use it as a desk copy.
